Mr. Adrien van Dyk is the Head Grower for GMHA. He has been immersed in the agricultural and horticultural industries his whole life, and has made it his career for over 20 years. His experience includes growing low bush blueberries, tree fruit crops, commercial greenhouse tomatoes, peppers and cucumbers; as well as high-end golf course turfgrass. His most recent position was Superintendent at the Okanagan Golf Club in Kelowna where he focused on team leadership and improving operational efficiency. Mr. van Dyk has a Bachelor of Technology in environmental horticulture from the Nova Scotia Agricultural College at Dalhousie University and a certificate in Golf Course Turfgrass Management from the Pennsylvania State University.
